Jonathan Quinn Director
Jonathan has a degree in Housing Management and recently obtained corporate membership of the Chartered Institute of Housing and is currently working towards full membership of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.
With a strong marketing and business background Jonathan is perfectly placed to guide Quinn Property Sales & Letting Specialists into a new era of Estate Agency. Jonathan comments "In tough times Vendors & Landlords need to be reliant on the expertise of housing professionals to guide them on the best way to sell or rent their home. Brenda Beeks Office Manager
Brenda has been employed with Quinn Letting Specialists since 2012 as Office/Lettings Manager. Brenda comments "I am responsible for ensuring the efficient running of the offices in terms of staffing and resources, overseeing the rental division to ensure efficient letting and management of properties, dealing with tenant accounts, dealing with landlord accounts/payments and landlord enquiries".
Lindsey Torney Allocations Officer
Lindsey Torney is our youngest employee but has been with Quinn Property Sales & Letting Specialists for over 5 years. Lindsey's role of Allocations Officer means she is responsible for overseeing the rental properties which are awaiting allocation, keeping both landlords and potential applicants up to date on a regular basis, preparing paperwork for new tenants and ensuring landlords comply with current regulations eg ensuring properties have an EPC, ensuring the deposit is registered with an approved provider and ensuring that there is a valid Landlord Registration certificate. Lindsey is also responsible for greeting callers to our office, is the office First Aider and ensures all staff comply with Health and Safety in the workplace.
Ciara Black Lettings Officer
Ciara began her role as Lettings Officer for the company in October 2013. She graduated from University of Ulster in 2010 with a degree in Housing Management and began work in the residential lettings sector as a placement student with a Belfast agent in 2008. She joined Quinn Sales and Lettings Specialists after spending almost two years in the Middle East as a leasing consultant. Ciara has a keen interest in property management and her day to day role includes liaising with clients regarding deposits, conducting inventory inspections and working with tenants when moving in and out of properties.
Anne Manley Allocations Assistant
Anne Manley joined Quinn Letting Specialists in August 2013. She is responsible for undertaking viewings with potential tenants in properties which are available to let and updating landlords following the viewings. She recommends improvements to Landlords to make the property more attractive to applicants. She also follows up with applicants and endeavours to match them with their ideal home.
Belinda McKee Senior Sales Negotiator
Belinda McKee joined the Quinn Property Sales team in 2012 having previously been in Estate Agency for 25 years. She is based in the Ballynahinch office and responsible for property sales in the mid Down area from when the property comes on to the market until the sale is concluded.
Belinda says "I thoroughly enjoy the challenges of property sales and have gained vast experience over the years of 'The property Boom' & 'The Property Slump'. I enjoy achieving the best price possible for our clients and it's always a pleasure to hand over keys to happy purchasers!"
